The competition was announced on October 20, 2009. The deadline for applications was November 20, 2009.

For participation 8 suggestions were presented from the following teams:

1. “Bright Ideas”
2. “5D”
3. “Comp in Med”
4. “Nare”
5. “Yeritasard Berd IT”
6. “Kwash”
7. “RV”
8. “Read & Speak”

Researching presented suggestions and assessing sufficient for the first round, the jury decided to give an opportunity to all 8 teams to deliver short presentations answering the jury’s questions.

The final presentations, their assessment and the awarding were held on December 11, 2009.

According to project criterion the jury assessed each team suggestions based on their project presentation quality.

According to assessment results the following 3 teams got best assessment and each AMD 1mln:

• “5D” for the project “5D Construction .Net”
• “Nare” for “Visitor’s accounting system of children's polyclinics”
• “Read & Speak” for “Audio reproduction of text files”
