IT Idea Grant Contest Results
Winners of IT Idea Grant Contest under the “Establishment of Microsoft Innovation Center in Armenia” Project organized by the Ministry of Economy and Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) in partnership with USAID/Armenia and Microsoft RA were announced. Team presentations, evaluation of ideas and awards ceremony took place on December 22, 2010. Each team was given 15 minutes to present their ideas and 5-10 minutes for follow-on Q&A.
As a result of evaluation, the following three teams scored the highest and received monetary prizes of AMD 500,000 each:
1. “X-Team” for “Wish2Real” social website
2. “Platon” team for “I-Dent” dental software
3. “Country of Stones” team for “Armenian strategy game”.
