Microsoft SQL Server R2” workshop

 

Microsoft SQL Server R2” workshop
On 28 April 2011, Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia organized “Microsoft SQL Server R2” workshop delivered by Mkrtich Asatryan, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. The workshop covered SQL Server core features, services and categories, mainly focusing on main areas of database engine, i.e. architecture, development, operations, and security and protections. The participants represented software developing companies and were mainly students. 
The workshop will be followed by a short-term Microsoft SQL Server R2 training (Introductory Level) commencing on 11 May 2011. 
As mentioned by MIC Project Manager Yeva Hyusyan, similar free introductory workshops will be organized on a regular basis providing participants a broad understanding of the Microsoft applications/products and assisting them to determine whether in-depth knowledge provided through long-term training can help them achieve substantial progress in career.
