Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia is pleased to announce “MS Project” short-term training commencing on 19 November 2011. The course will be delivered by Vardan Sahakyan who has extensive experience in delivering trainings on MS Project Management.
The course program covers the following topics:
• Introduction to MS Project 2010
• Creating and Defining Project Scope, Task List, Importing and Modifying Data, Modifying and applying calendars. Working with Estimates and Setting up Task Dependencies.
• Working With Resources
• Working with Deadlines, Constraints, and Task Calendars
• Tracking Progress. Variances
• Configuring views and creating Reports
